The Collection
Approximately 40 original cartoons and illustrations by John Jensen, drawn during his early career at the London Evening News. Pen and ink, wash, and mixed media — each piece is the actual paper Jensen worked on.
The collection was discovered at a car boot sale, identified as Jensen’s work, and later confirmed by the artist himself in direct correspondence. He recognised the drawings and described them simply as “ancient stuff of mine.”
Every work here is a one-off original. When it sells, it is gone.
